Complaints Procedure

If you have any complaints please refer them in the first instance to the teacher of your child, or the manager of their phase. If not satisfied, contact the headteacher who will deal with your complaint sensitively. If you are still not happy, a copy of the complaints procedure (which is a resolution process) can be obtained on request from the school office by email or a paper copy will be made available or it can be viewed in school policies on this website. Any paper copy requests made to Mrs Kimpton will be free of charge.

Any correspondence for the governors should be addressed only to the Chair of Governors and should be sent to the school office marked ‘For the attention of the Chair of Governors, private and confidential’. Governors should not be contacted at their home addresses and parents should follow the correct procedure.
